How do I register for SPP account ?
2. Click on the list on the top right of the website
3. Fill in all details
4. Click Create Account An email notification will be sent to your successful registration
How do I change the information in my account ?
To change the information in your account, please follow the steps below :
After log in to the website, on your right click Manage My Account
You may edit any information you want (e.g.; address info, phone number, email)
Where can I get more product information ?
Click any product you want. After that, on the product page, you can view the product information by clicking either description or additional information.
How can I know if my payment was successful or fail ?
You will be notified via email within 24 hours upon completion of order confirmation and payment received. You can also view the status of order in your account.
Will I receive any order confirmation after placing an order ?
Order confirmation with order summary will be sent to you via email after you have placed your order with a successful transaction.
How do I track my order status ?
Under your account, click My Order and you can view the order history.
